Hi,

I just noticed there is a tax information page where i have to input my tax details there. I thought i already provided them my tax information when i signed up, just the same like adsense.

but the page there was blank. So i though it will be better if i put something there.

About this section here:-

Check this box if you have been notified by the IRS that you are currently subject to backup withholding because you have failed to report all interest and dividends on your tax return.

Does anyone know what does it mean for this? Do i check this box?

I am guessing your appropriate answer is no if you don't recognize the question. :)

That box you are referring to should be filled out if you need to change your SS info.

You said you already filled your info out when you signed up. Then there is no need for you to do it again.

I do not remember exaclty if i had fill that form up. But i thought i already provided them my tax information and i expect to see something showing up on that page. It just makes me feel uncomfortable seeing that page blank as this is my first time getting a check pending.

So i was thinking of posting here to ask for more information.

Are all the other publishers getting the same blank page?

Mine is blank now as well, although I'm absolutely certain I entered the information when I signed up.

The form is supposed to be blank.

You fill out the form when you need to change your info.

So unless you need to change your info, don't worry. The form is supposed to be blank.

The reason you don't see your info there is for security. Imagine if someone got your password. That would do damage to your Yahoo account, but the damage would stop there. If your info was visible, they could steal your identity as well as your YPN account.
