I'm also waiting for it. I've been approved several weeks ago but I can't use it since I'm not in the US. I just have to wait for it to go international.

They have terminated accounts for some people that were sending them non-US traffic. Following their steps, I supose it won't launch officilay for at least 6 months!

My application was aproved but I cant get past the signup because the state list does not include Canadian provinces. I was hoping I was getting a pass since my servers are hosted in FL and GA and that 90%+ of my traffiic is US. Come on already deploy to Canada... were like cousins!

I think they are opening it up only to countries with functioning governments. ps. where is Canada?
