Well, it wouldn't be the first time we got conflicting info on ad network, that's for sure.
My understanding is the clicks are properly handled on the fly. However, this is a beta, and they may need to adjust on audit. Hence the "would/could" I would bet, in your reply.
In my experience with YPN, my sites get a small % of traffic that is non US. Clicks have not been audited out. One site that has a disproportionate amount of traffic outside the U.S. has the same disproportionate amount of clicks.
So, from what I can tell, it is handled on the fly. It could possibly be further corrected if necessary. Remember, this is a beta, and is subject to potential problems.
