I asked a similar question in the AdSense forum a few days ago, and was informed that you can have "AdSense Search" with YPN ads on the same page. You can't have AdLinks or regular AdSense ads with YPN though.

What about Yahoo Contextual Ads combined with non-Google contextual ads (Kanoodle, Chitka, etc.)? Does anyone know?

YPN now allows Ad Targeting. It even says, "You can display ads that are based on your users' interests to complement your site's contextually matched ads." So technically one can place YPN (Ad Targeting) and Adsense together. I am sure Google will modify their TOS.
