Hi:

I have seen this little bugger running amuck on my server recently: brillo.pa.alta-vista.net

Please tell me this does not do what a brillo pad does to scum on dishes!!

Jill

Brett has it listed at www.searchengineworld.com/spiders/altavista_boxes.htm as just a regular old av spider...Nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the plug Q. Yep, that is the 'good' scooter that appears to go after newer submissions. I think there are 3 versions of The Scoot that are running (the good one from brillo). Flame me if you must, but I think it is time we start to come clean about what we really know about the modern day (last six months) Scooter behavior.

No no, that's ok. Don't worry about me. I'll be ok. ;)
You go first.
