I don't know who these guys are, but they are very agressive at spidering. Not just limited to one site. We are getting hits from all our own to client sites as well. Global Pacific is an ISP offering, among other services, rental or colocation of dedicated servers.
The IP 220.127.116.11 seems to belong to one of those servers.
A Netcraft query gives us:
