I did give you the full UA. :) That was it "Dolly/1.0".
Here's a log entry:
126.96.36.199 - - [12/Jun/2003:02:11:29 -0400] "GET /robots.txt HTTP/1.0" 200 377 "-" "Dolly/1.0"
I couldn't find anything relevant about the IP, and Google only brought up that drive imaging program.
