Marcel,

I liked this one:
# Microsoft InterNet Explorer for ms Microwave 4.6
and running this page through AV's german-to-english translator was amusing as well. :)

unbelievable, eh?

I found these, among others.

Nutscrape/9.0 (CP/M; 8-bit)
- rather old OS i'd say, from back when 64k ram was *a lot*

Suspect_and_unknown_browser_deluxe
- wants to get caught

IE 5.5 Compatible Browser
Internet Explorer 5.5

Moozilla
- Mad browser disease?

NetNoseCrawler/v1.0
- I shouldn't have let that one in :-)

Archaeological
- I have lots of old stuff on my site, so why not

SIE-ME45/24 UP.Browser/5.0.2.3.100 (GUI) UP.Link/5.1.1.4 (Goo
SonyEricssonT68/R201A (Google WAP Proxy/1.0)
Nokia3330/1.0 (03.12) UP.Link/5.1.1.4 (Google WAP Proxy/1.0)
Panasonic-GAD75 (Google WAP Proxy/1.0)
Nokia7210/1.0 (3.09) Profile/MIDP-1.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.0
- These must be mobile phones - wonder how it looks

StarOffice/5.1
- very old browser from office package

CAZZOteNEfregaDELbrowserCHEuso/0.5.69pre7test11 (C64; 1/2 bit
- this is amusing. It is in Italian, meaning more or less "what the f*** do you care about which browser I'm using", apparently on a Commordore64 (I remember those, some twenty years ago).

Mozilla/?"
- apparently a browser of some version

Lanciani\"&l=XX&cerca.x=36&cerca.y=13"
- buggy browser ("Lanciani" matches a page on the site)

Didn't know that. I thought Opera came through as

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 98) Opera 6.05 [en]

or something similar. That's what I normally see in the logs.

>> Moozilla
>> - Mad browser disease?

This is a MOO-client with inline html rendering capabillities. (www.moo.ca/moozilla)

I'd never guessed that! It seemed so obviously a joke.

Bull,

You're being spyed on by Cyveillance. You can do a site search here to find out who they are, it's been discussed endlessly. I guess they think you can't ban them if they use ALL of the user agents they can think of...

hi,

thanks, yeah, noted it was cyveillance just after i posted this message, therefore the 301 forwarding in my log excerpt... blocked the whole cyv block
