Is this still AV (with the dec.com)?

Yes, but what are they doing with the data? I'd heard early last year that this was the main AV shadow spider, but everyone else doesn't think so. Personally, I have almost banned this spider. I figure if they aren't going to send us any traffic from it, why should I waste the bandwidth on them?
