When asked if IAC should drop notorious cash drain Citysearch, Diller strongly opposed the idea saying: | a critical mass of people was just beginning to use the Web to find local services and information. |

He thinks Citysearch will break even this quarter or next. full article [money.cnn.com]. My take? They have a good thing going. In terms of editorial content, no one comes close to what Citysearch has accumulated. Diller is wise to stick it out for a while longer...
