Here is the test,

Find a small rural city near where you live. If you don't live near a small rural city, then pick one at random. The requirements are that the city have a population of preferrably less than 300 people and a post office.

Here is my results for a local "[city], [state]" <- dont forget the quotes,

key:
1) MFA = Made for Adsense
2) Scraper = no original content, full of ads
3) Off-Topic = Completely off-topic i.e. cars, services offered far far away
4) Script = generated script with keyword stuffing, no actual content or info
5) Add a "*" for websites with actual content
