|Video card hunt: WSXGA+, DVI-D, AGP|

So I just bought a new monitor - one of the Dell 20.1 wide-aspect flat panels. Should be sweet if I can drive it!
I can't find any shopping site that has enough info to verify that they have a cards that are compatible
My motherboard only has AGP and PCI but I don't know whether I can run video through the PCI (I've always used the AGP port). Would a PCI video card work (MB is an old ASUS A7V).
DVD-D - most cards say they are DVI-I. Can I run it through DVI-D?
Finally, there don't seem to be many cards that advertise that the can do WSXGA+ Do I have to go to the
Also, can I run an 8X AGP card on a AGP Pro/4X slot?
I fear I have sent myself down the upgrade path.... Nice monitor though. If I can ever get it plugged in!

BTW - WSXGA+ = 1680x1050 resolution, the native resolution of the monitor
