My Server is on a network
I want people outside the network to access it

i have set up a server using my old tower computer, i am in a school network though. I have also set up a publishing point so i can broadcast a primitive intranet radio. I want to set it up so that people outside our school network can asscess it too. The only problem is that it lists my internet IP address as the school's IP address, i am guessing that this is the server that distributes internet to all of us. is there a way i can have people access my server from outside the network?

thanks for your help!

Not likely. You'd need your own IP.

Also, the school would probably have a fit with you using so much bandwidth to brodcast radio.

You should look into hosting it somewhere else.

Good luck.
