I use VNC or Remote Desktop, depending on the Operating System. Win2k doesn't run the Remote Desktop server, so I install VNC on those machines.

I used to use gotomypc and liked it but I switched to another named LogMeIn. I like it even more and paid for the Pro version.

Within my networks I use Ultr@VNC, but that won't work through my corporate firewall. From outside my networks I've had a subscription to GoToMyPC for several years. It's never let me down.

Just to clarify, Remote Desktop only works on XP Pro, Win2k Server, and Win2k3 Server. If you have XP Home, you need to use a different solution.
