Have read through a few posts, but to be honest things change too quickly that I thought it worth asking advice again.

Basically need to set up a two server system : one SQL dbase server, the other the consumer facing IIS processing server (coonected via internap IP to ther dbase server!) The view is to move to a 4 server based load balancer set up within 1 year.

Probably need a SCSI 2 HD 36GB with dual Xeon processor and 1GB RAm set up (the new software we are having built is a bit of CMS beast running up to 40 sites with complex dbase relationshoip tables for advertising, tracking, cm, etc)

I already work with a company in States where I have 5 servers running a similar set up, but want to spread my risk about.

Any ideas on companies that are reliable, offer good back up, decent support 24 hours and who don't want to try and charge 1000 per month for the above?

Thanks for any suggestions and help

It is so tough to ask for recommendations on such things here. We have so many resellers and hosting companies that asking for advice is almost like asking to be spammed with pharm ads.
