I have an old 3Com HomeConnect that still does the job quite well (as far as desktop videoconferencing).
Linksys (Cisco) wireless Internet Video Cameras look pretty slick. I designed my own system about five years ago that is still operational otherwise I would probably look into them a little closer.
You might want to take a look at the extensive line of wired and wireless Panasonics. I just bought a little BL-C10A several months ago, and its great.
