Flash scroll bar for html page

 5:14 am on Jan 7, 2004 (gmt 0)

I'm trying to create a hybrid html/flash site. You all know the drill, but for the content, I want to have an html file controlled by a flash scroll bar. I need it to be a real html file and not a flash "version" of html which only allows about 3 html formatting options, I need to use a .css and everything. Does anybody know how to go about this?

Can't advice on the Flash, but are you sure the effect you want can't be achieved using CSS on the scrollbar?

I'm just worried that if you use a Flash scrollbar, maybe people that don't have the flash plug-in installed (about 20% of internet users) won't be able to scroll the page.

Maybe you can tell us why you would like to use flash scrollbar?
