Lost one or two links, even though the links are still there, they are not shown on Google. Hasn't upset my site any though. Site fluctuating from Grey out to PR5.

Im worried. Although most rankings are where they should be, it doesnt seem to be taking into account my own pages when doing a link:site.com is anyone else seeing this or am i headed towards thin ice??

The have tighten the LINK commando even more, it seems. on www, google have 271.000 inbound links with LINK: with the new index 210.000 inbound links with LINK: Correct me if i am wrong but i don't think Google ususaly increases it's links all the time right.

I'm BACK! I would like to first thank Google for making my site once again profitable. Also, thank Webmaster World for getting me through the tough times of not being listed. My wife, my parents, fellow webmasters. Thank you all.

>space in The "Similar pages" Google's been playing with the display somewhat of url's. Evidently to thwart bots. Notice some of the urls are display www.domain.com/foo /bar with an extra space in the url.

BoL, seeing that as well! Why is it some of you have 200,000 links? I have about 6 inbound links on one of my sites and still have a PR7 and have placement. (Not site in profile.)

Errr... Just went to our homepage (corporate), which is normally PR5, and it was PR8. Sat there in shock for a few seconds. Did a refresh and it was back at PR5. I know some may say that it was a leftover PR from the last page I visited, but it was a fresh browser window. Is this a sign of good things to come? Me thinks yes!

Is the following usual for the google dance? On www3 results for a "mysite" search: -Main title of mysite -Description -Category -url (All listing properly) But then for the rest of the [more results for mysite] the results just show the url, no page title or snippet of the content! :/ E.g. www.mysite.com/apage/ [similar pages] (repeated over and over again)

They seem to mix up results pretty much, i am seeing sites with good listings for competitive keywords ( >1 Million ) which don't have the keyword anyware and still appears top 10. Also they seem to rank Guestbook link way to high. Also more weight on the domain it seems.

Yes, my site went into ODP this month, and it's now showing up in the Google Directory search - but the site isn't in the directory listings yet. So there's some more happenings to happen yet!

Results are looking slightly different for my keywords, however can someone explain this. GB has not been in my logs and my new site is not included. Surly, if this were an update GB would have visited.
