i've just found a change on www2 and www3 today for a site that was updated just after the late january spidering. when searching for the site using domainname without the .com or anything else, www shows 1 to 9 of 23. until yesterday, www2 and www3 were showing the same. today, www2 and www3 now show 1 to 10 of 11, including 3 new links, but the client site isn't listed any more.

Okay, I saw the changes too on www2.google (45-place jump) - but has anyone else seen the foo page it's serving (presumably after a few searches) on www2? (Norman Foo's Information Page is first returned result on a travel query?)

Definitely something happening ... but I found a very screwy serp. Brett, I am sticky mailing you to see if you can figure out what is going on. No relevance to the search whatsoever!!!

It looks like there is some glitches in this index, i do find sites in the serp's that shouldn't be there (something like the auto404 glitch) Not seeing huge changes.

looks like www2.google.co.uk is missing (www3 too)... Searches on Danish, German and US shows an update. Thanks Brett.

I see it, too - on www2 & 3. Was deleted last update due to server being down, did some page 'polishing' in meantime and glad to say I'm listed again. Many irrelevant inclusions on SERP, though, as noted above. Thanks everybody for marvellous sharing of super information! :)

Completely messed up on www2! Parents of multiples, banks and churches on a search for something totally unrelated.

YIKES, After doing a few searches on www2 and www3 ... its a mess! There are irrelevant SERPS all over the place. I am getting medical sites in Washington showing up for BVI yacht charter searchers. No wonder it took so long. I think they had better hold off a while, looks as though they have a few "tiny" problems!!!

yes ww2 ww3 down in uk on www each domain is only being returned once, usually a good sign of db movement, eg on my top searches siteA normally has 1,2 spots siteB 3,4 siteC 5,6 etc currently A=1 B=2 C=3 D=4

I don't know Brett, I checked my PR about midnight last night and it was still number 5. Now showing number 3. I imagine that means it has been updated already. <added> One of my other sites went from 6th place to 2nd place ... PR must have been updated! :)

I don't se big changes, but i think that's because the keywords i look at might be stable sites with very many inbound links.

I'm with Marcia and Liane, some results look quite odd. I hope that it's not be settled yet. Lots of PR0s removed, though. Yep, Toolbar PR has to wait for www.

>There are irrelevant SERPS all over the place Doing searches for pure danish terms having special danish characters shows results in polish, italian, .gov domains etc. sure it's a mess. Other SERPS looks fine, with relevant results and my sites moving up one or two places, but the music has just started and from here the band keeps playing for 4-5 days, what a party ;)

Yeah seeing major (and on the whole good changes :) ) but there are an awful lot of irrelevant results out there. I'm hoping the nice people at Google are just having a bit of fun with us - one 2 word search i tried is obviously bringing back 4 results for a pretty obviously different 2 word search. Wierd.

| Yes, especially on travel related queries using words like hotels or accommodation.
