Just make a Passport account after going here:
http://my.msn.com with your gmail account.After making a account there they will send a verification code to your gmail account. Verify your account by clicking on the link and then you can use msn messenger with your gmail account. if you didn't verify your account within 3 days then your account will be deleted from msn database.
