Changing Server
Does it affects ranking? changing server.

I changed my server twice in around 15 months. lastly i changed in dec. now again i m planning to change.. does that affect it?
And i was on 8th page on yahoo suddenly i came on 2nd page again i was kicked on 8th page same day? how to maintain ranking?

Search engines follow pages, not servers. Moving mydomain.com from aaa.aa.aaa.a to bbb.bb.bbb.b will not change your ranking. (Moving the interesting content from mydomain.com/folder/subfolder/subsubfolder/page.htm to mydomain.com/page.htm might, but that's another topic for another time.)

Your ranking is much more a matter of the "chunkiness" of your content and the "value" of the in-links. As far as I know, your server's IP address matters not a whit.
