| Possible Filter/Blacklist
Getting reports that some users cannot access our network of sites. |

I run a very large network of websites. I have been getting reports in the past weeks of users in countries like Greece and Ukraine not being able to access our network of sites. After a lot of debugging we realized that they can only download files under 1k, but not any larger files. Does not seem to be a DNS issue, since they can access small files. It only happens to sites on one IP addres that we have. Is anyone aware of such an issue or type of filter, or did someone have a similar problem?
