Recording Streaming Sound

For a website project I listen to quite a few streaming audio broadcasts over the internet (speeches). The problem is that I cannot save them to go over them later in more detail.

I was wondering if there was a good product to record streaming audio?

Thanks!

If your sound card supports setting the wave device as a recording source, you could also use a sound recorder (SoundForge for instance) to record the audio as you listen to it for the first time. Then save to WAV/WMV/MP3 and do as you wish.
