I have to create a submit form that will allow the site visitor to attach a photo. I've made dozens of submit forms with Frontpage 2002, but none with this feature.

I have been told that the form will have to be ASP or PHP driven in order to allow attachments. I know nothing about either, so I am looking for a place to possibly buy a pre-made submit ASP submit form that I can modify and add the choices and checkboxes that I need and then allow attachments.

Any recommendations on where I can go to buy one? I've been not too successful searching the web.

I assume you would need to resize this image as well. We happen to have a php version right here

Image upload and Thumbnail Generator [webmasterworld.com] - msg 29

and had another recently
GD Upload and Resize Script [webmasterworld.com]

I don't know of one to purchase. If you aren't into doing it yourself try hotscripts.com, they usually have something.

Thanks for the suggestions, but this all the script stuff is greek to me. I wouldn't know how to use any of it within the html of the page, thats why I'm hoping to find a pre-made submit form for sale or download.
