Are you using JavaScript to generate the photos and buttons? If so, it is likely to be the cause. You may just have to enable JS on your system.

If you are using Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet > Custom Level > Scripting > Active Scripting > Enable If you are using a different browser, find just dig around in preferences or internet options until you find "enable javascript" option.

Perhaps you could post an example of the code you are using for the images (Without mentioning urls, etc) from your html, for us to see. Are the various computers mentioned using different operating systems and browsers (these could cause differences in what is seen on the screen) IMHO Things to check in this situation
