| Outsourcing Live Chat Help?

I would like to put live chat in my website mostly for navigationaly assistance, but I don't want to do it myself. Can anyone recommend any cheap outsourced solutions? I have found a few through google. Most of the cheapest ones are indian call centers, and some specialize only in webhosting. One example of a price I found was $200 / month for 600 chats. What do people think?

I have outsourced to india last year and I will never do it again. If you get someone who is not a good english speaker, then you will be faced with the same problems I had to deal with. My outsourcing was not chat specific though. Good luck.
