Do a Google search for RegSeeker. One of the best I've personally ever used!

I use RegistryMechanic from Winguides and it seems to work well.

Whatever else a registry cleaner might do, it's unlikely to make your computer run more quickly (unless is actually finds a bad setting which is unlikely). Tools of this sort are generally best avoided. There are a lot of reasons why a computer might slow down. If the disk drive is working hard... 1) Add more memory - it's cheap. 2) Defragment your hard disk (after backing up critical data to CD/DVD and verifying it). Kaled.
