Paid Inclusion Engines and Topics Forum

Does anybody know of a resource that can be used to benchmark advertiser spend on paid search?

We use a product snipped to do this for other online advertising - they can tell you which advertisers have bought ads on what sites and what their ad spend is.

I would like to have a similar service for paid search but haven't seen anything so far.
