Well your not the only one, on Monday 2/23/04 I paid for Lycos InSite FAST inclusion and still have not been indexed/spidered by them. They don't even have a good customer support page where you can easily find out how to contact them.

Obviously some people aren't reading the problems with paid inclusion for Inktomi and Fast. That 72 hour thingy is just a come-on in a lot of cases. As for Lycos Insite the realistic figure is 3-8 weeks. I'd be careful about adding to Insite in that they have announced a change in direction for their search engine. As for Teoma some some forum posters claim their crawlers hit your site thousands of times once submitted to them.

The last page I submitted to PFI became live about 4 days after submitting, though it took the control panel over a week to get past the "submitted" label. So check the engines, it might be listed even though the CP isn't reporting it as live.

PositionTech state that it can take up to one week to get listed, at least initially. The 48-72 hours is stated for every refresh or for payment renewals. If you are not listed 7 days after you paid, then it is time to question it.
