Can I trust web sites like webspromote which promises my site to be included thrugh them?

I would stick with the reputable main resellers like positiontech. far less risk and a proven track record. It's about trust.

You might want to try and talk to firms that offer Inktomi PFI and see if they'll accept Paypal or perhaps work out some kind of deal.

I trust Inktomi a lot more than the other well known search engine :D
