Why don't you contact them and see why your site isn't visited five times a week like they advertise? | The fastest method of including your URLs, Express Inclusion lets you add up to 500 URLs to AltaVista's search results within 2 business days. Daily refreshes (weekday only) keep your listings fresh. |

>I paid about 25 dollars for six month and have received 2 visits in the past 2 months from them. Is that two robot visits or human visits? ;)

AV paid inclusion why? I've got loads of top rankings with AV but get next to no traffic from it

I paid for AV too - a complete waste of money. I have no idea about how their algorithm works, but I have a feeling that dominating their SERP's would be pointless.

>I have a feeling that dominating their SERP's would be pointless. Yes, it totally is! If you have all of the top 10 positions they may account for 1% of your SE traffic.....'nuff said!

The AV bot, Scooter has visited my site at least 5 times a day but still has not helped my traffic. I still have only got about 3 visits from them. I cant work out how the algorithm works and I am baffled as my site does very well in other SE's

I don't have paid submission but I still get spidered.... not a problem but.... The annoying thing is that it religiously comes looking every few weeks for pages that have never existed at my site. Each time it gets a 404 and then comes back again - reminds me of one of those police robots in THX1138 ;)
