MSN too much traffic
Getting error pages on msn

I have never experienced this before

"Sorry, due to heavy traffic on the network, the page you're trying to reach is temporarily unavailable."

At the msn search page from Australia.

Ok whats even weirder is that its only happening in my opera browser, I have deleted Opera Cache and re-entered www.msn.com and still the server is too busy but on internet explorer its fine, I dont know why.

It is caused by all the previous Google users rushing over to MSN instead;) Obviously when under stress MS will give favoritism to its own product, a subtle hint they want you to switch! I guess MS will be buying more servers and load balancers very soon to cope with the increase in traffic.

If that problem and difference happens more often report it to Opera.

MSN and Opera don't like each other [webmasterworld.com].
