The story of my life. AV and INK love to visit my sites, but hate to index them. Why come if you aren't going to index me. And this isn't a one time visit either. AV has problems - they stopped being a real search engine years ago.
If they had an AltaVistaGuy - they wouldn't have been bought by overture instead of the other way around.
I still wouldn't block them. But that is just me. Sometimes it takes a while to get into AV.
