New site in Serps

A site I have that just went live on the 17th is now showing in serps with a relatively high ranking. No PFI on this one.

Anyone seeing anything similar that would point to an update?

Yes I`ve seen the same thing for a cpuple of new sites that went live 2-3 weeks ago. (no PFI of course).

Possibility of their moving to a rolling update?

Wondering if the increase in spidering is moving towards something like this. Would put a new kink in their PFI.

Something has certainly changed, because the traffic being reported for my PFI pages at PositionTech has jumped about ten-fold in the last couple of days.

Yeah i think they did, coz my spidered site for the past month just got in..
