Hi peniche, and welecome to WMW! I'm sorry to say that it sounds like your banned. I'm guessing that this is due to the hidden text on your site (this is a violation of AV's spam policy). Your going to need to email AV to see if my assumption is correct, and if it is, you'll need to clean up all the questionable marketing tactics (hidden text, doorways, etc..) and ask AV for their forgiveness. This usually does the trict although it's not a fast process, you can probably be back in their database within a few months.

I just hold down my left mouse button and drag my cursor across the screen (this highlights all the text including any hidden text).

But basically what I meant is that normally you can get a site unbanned if you clean up the site and spend some time emailing Alta Vista (but it takes a long time). a doorway page is a page that is specifically built to rank well on a particular search engine. Usually these pages have no real value to the average surfer.
