I have an entry in Looksmart via Zeal. A search on my keywords in Looksmart rank my site in position 3. The same search in MSN ranks 23 and in Yahoo 101. What are the possible reasons for this large difference, will it improve over time without intervention or can I take some steps to increase the MSN and Yahoo rankings? - George

>>The same search in MSN ranks 23 and in Yahoo 101<< Yahoo uses google for search results, MSN uses a blend of OV, looksmart and Inktomi. Ranking will be different on the all 3 because of the various mixes of provider/search partners.
