The product is same with both. I'd imagine the main difference would be whose customer service you prefer. (unfortunately I've never used ineedhits so I can't give you a proper comparison) Has anybody out there used both?

Biggest difference is in reporting. PositionTech gives you lots of really good reports.

thanks for the replies, I submitted some URLs last week and they are still "queued for Inktomi", I have also sent 2 emails asking why they have not yet been included (they have took the money) and yet to receive a response, If they haven't responded and the sites are still not in Inktomi then I will be moving to Positiontech. dazz

whats your news on ineedhist since then? I submitted 4 urls at the start of this month (Nov) and on the 28th after a number of emails back and forward they have not yet even made it to queued status. Starting to wonder if it works at all.

PT has more functionality on admin page. p.s. does anyone know why positiontech website has PR0?
I don't think they do spam though.
