How Stupid are people
one example

 11:08 pm on Jul 31, 2013 (gmt 0)

Ok - I watch the UK version of Top Gear ( every Sunday it is on )

I don't believe people are that stupid to complain when everything is scripted

Any other examples ?

There was a "shock horror" article some years ago saying that the contestants in I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue were told what the questions would be.

That journo is probably still trying to work out the rules of Mornington Crescent!

Returning to the OP it is obvious to anybody with a brain cell count in double figures that they wouldn't do that to genuine restaurant customers.

Most of the comedy talk/quiz shows are scripted to some extent then highly edited before screening.

Top Gear used to be entertaining about 15 series ago, but now it is just a boring, formulaic, pretend p***ing contest between a few ageing men who appear to be desperate to regain the anarchic freedom of their youth by destroying vehicles on a regular and predictable basis.

How Stupid are people?

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would guess that we humans rate 100. :(

Of course, that is assuming that we are having a really good day. ;)

The only thing more common than hydrogen in the universe is human stupidity. (paraphrasing Albert Einstein)
