With cameras EVERYWHERE, I'm not surprised.
However It appears that CNN may have published too early.

After all the corroborative support CNN spewed out they’re now saying no arrest has been made.

Someone at CNN saw last night's PBS documentary about the Central Park jogger, and decided some hasty backpedaling was not merely tactically advisable but a good long-term strategic move.

When it comes to situations like this, I don't pay any attention to what comes out in the news media for at least a week.

Supposedly the guy that was originally tackled at the scene is being sent back to Saudi Arabia today. **IF** that is true it is really odd since the investigation isn't finished. If it were you or I, we would be told to not go anywhere until they were done with us as witnesses for the investigation, grand jury and trial.
What bothers me is the basic philosophical question of proving a negative. ie
Can they prove he WASNT a terrorist vice
Can they prove he WAS a terrorist. ?
It just seems awful grassy knollish if this guy really is being sent home this quickly.
