... it's ironic that the producers of cutting edge technology don't seem to be able to produce workable websites!
i've been trying to navigate the samsung uk website, which is hopeless and its service centre 'search' function doesn't work at all.
.. not a moan about samsung as will use a tv repair guy i've found locally who thinks he can sort it.
just an observation on the irony of how useless their sites are, i remember previously when i had a HP issue, their website was virtually unworkable!

It's really apples and oranges- smart phones & TVs (mostly hardware) is quite a bit different from websites (mostly software). It's almost like saying Ford or GM should be able to produce gas. :)
However, I do agree that many of the biggest/"best" companies often have the worst web sites.
