Communication glasses figure in a science fiction movie produced by John Woo (Face/Off) called Appleseed Ex Machina. It's a good movie. Should watch it just to see what those glasses can do.

its kind of hard to believe its actually going to work like in that register.co.uk video. a heads-up display for your eyes? that still seems like science-fiction to me. very impressive if it does work though.

So much for any sense of privacy if those things become wide spread. Whether you wear them or not you will be recorded on camera the moment you walk out your door if anyone around you is wearing those things.
