Whew. It would be dreadful if you missed a call just because you were in the shower and you have one of those old-fashioned cell phones that isn't submersible.

It is a sign of how low humanity will sink. Personally I don't want to be contactable all the time.
The SF writer Larry Niven predicted sub dermal implants of phones and watches. I'll wait until that technology arrives then I can have the phone taken out and replaced easily. Not some tawdry tattoo which as it is iron will probably rust or cause blood poisoning.
