Received today (paraphrased):
The IMF is affecting all scam victims. Your e-mail address was identified as one of the victims. Give us your name, phone number, and e-mail address and we will send $5000 to you through Western Union until you have been compensated $1.5 million.
So, besides the obvious bad English and strange capitalization (in the original), and the signature "God Bless" in the closing, and the idiocy of sending an e-mail and asking for their e-mail address...
Well, if you DO reply, I guess it will be a self-fulfilling prophecy and you will become the victim of a scam...

Thank you so much for finally taking care of this - I have filed several complaints about this and thought they had been forgotten. Will you be sending $5000 to Western Union once per day until the $1.5 million has been sent? Or will I need to travel there several times per day? My name, phone number, and email address are below. Thank you so much! BTW - would it be easier for you to just wire the money to my bank account?

God with a capital G - its a proper noun.
And we know that the gods are definitely improper.
Unfortunately, I am currently outside my country, as I have been deposed. In return for your generosity in helping me receive my compensation, I would like to offer you a special opportunity to help me move money from my home country...
