Appears to be metallic with a square base with two projections that fit into something. I presume the circular part is attached to the square base somehow, maybe at an angle. Does the circular part spin?

bunltd

msg:3719244 | 3:20 pm on Aug 9, 2008 (gmt 0) |
Yes it's attached and no it doesn't spin.

Are those 4 holes around the outside of the circular part?

They're not holes, just how it's made. Where is everyone else? Love to see you Lawman, but it's quiet in here...

Does the circular part have to be lined up somehow with the arrow on the square part (appears to be an arrow anyway)?
|
bunltd

msg:3719258 | 3:39 pm on Aug 9, 2008 (gmt 0) |
No, no lining up required.

Only one of these is used.

No sliding, in fact, quite the opposite.
