Try this test, [dothetest.co.uk...]

(I think the link is OK since it's for a public service ad.)

I like it! Unfortunately, it's way too long for the short attention spans of today's society.

And looking/not looking out for something isn't always the issue: Santa Clara Country Sherriff falls asleep at the wheel, Kills two highly skilled cyclists [sfgate.com]

^^ But you are part of today's society, and you watched it...

So, are moonwalking bears responsible for distracting road users? Just come back from a cycle to the shops and back and, as much as I looked, I didn't see one. Perhaps they don't always do the same routine...

I watched it because the OP specifically pointed it out. If I saw it was on TV, I probably would have tuned it out after the first few seconds. And I'd say my attention span is probably a longer than- ooh, nice legs walking by the window!

Short attention span? That's not society, it's age... ;-)

I agree, but I didn't want to say it. I didn't want to piss off all the young-uns around here. :)

I was so sceptical that the second video was the same as the first I went back and watched the first again. Yep, it's the same. (At least I got the number of passes right).

And I was thinking, it would be easier to count the number of passes, if that stupid moon walking bear would get out of the way. So I guess I passed the test.

short attention span

The second I saw the "it's hard to see what you aren't looking for" and figured the fun bit was over, I closed the window. What were they selling anyway? ;)
