Webmaster practices as signs of dating quality
Can we judge people by their websites?

I would never date a guy who sells links. Link buying and selling has been so bad for the web, and I can't respect anyone who has contributed to this industry.

I would (probably) not date a guy who has an AdSense account. I'm sure there are many honest people with AdSense, but I've been burned by fraud too much to trust people in the AdSense program. Same goes for business relationships.

Webmaster practices as sign of dating quality.

lol! I would never date a girl who used Webmaster practices as a signs of dating quality. How's that? ;)

I would (probably) not date a guy who has an AdSense account.

But, what if it were one of those 6-7 digit AdSense accounts?

P.S. I would never date a girl who didn't list their URI in their profile. Same goes for business relationships. ;)

So, what would you look for as a good sign

Non commercial webmasters perhaps :-)

Perhaps there must be some other important queries you might be making to guys before asking for a date except if he has adsense account or is expert in link making

Please explain this relationship. Are you trying to say that everyone with an AdSense account commits click fraud?

For me to date a webmistress she must have the following qualities.

First of all she must have a very short URL, so its easy to remember. Heaven forbid if I ever confuse her website with that of a previous webmistress I dated.

Second her pages have to load very fast, I do not like sitting around and waiting.

Finally her pages must be under 40k, no full pages for me :)

How about a guy who has a web site which includes information about kinky sexual activities?

Okay, perhaps not <g>

I like presentation as much as the next guy, but I can't stay interested for very long in girls who are all presentation and no content.

However, I am naturally drawn towards those girls who have a distinct style. (Not to mention a flexible structure).

It's performance that counts.......
If a girl doesn't recognise that then she ain't worth having......

I'd avoid 'one-trick-pony' websites, and be on the lookout for sites that do lots of things well. The perfect webmaster might be running a site that offers varying degrees of access, depending upon levels of user commitment or loyalty. ;-)

And no, I don't want to date Brett.

Oh boy. This thread has the potential to go off the rails very quickly.

(Memo to self: no, do NOT follow that thought)

I like:
* her own domain
* a title that ranks
* a certain maturity
* well developed
* quite accessible
* not too flashy
* doesn't require a script
* a style for every occasion
* looks good to all browsing by
* keyword selection gets an affirmative response
* affiliation proposals received with pleasure
* appropriate 301s to inhibit unwanted duplication
* prime content to ensure multiple conversions
* ecstatic site experience begets natural links of burning love
* no need to purchase links of doubtful desire
* ROI! ROI! ROI!

I would never date a girl who didn't list their URI in their profile.

What would it matter? It would probably be someone else's keyword-rich, high ranking URI anyway.

If the source under her knickers validates, I'm asking her out. :-) But as usual, I will probably get bounced and returned undeliverable.

ROI! ROI! ROI!

LOL I missed this . . . is your name, by any chance, George Costanza?

I have a lot of good friends that buy and sell links. However, we generally agree that mesothelioma is some sort of line we just won't cross. ;-)

Okay, let's get a little more intimate...

She will have to have her <head> together. Since I'm a physical type, the <body> is next on the priority list. From there I'm going to be looking for semantics. Is she as pretty inside as she is outside? I'm definitely going to be checking out her <form> at all times. That's just me, I'm attentive.

If she passes the above, I'm going to ask for her <address>. At that point she has become the <object> of my desire. I'm going to come on <strong> and with lots of <style>, that's just me.

I'm a <legend> in my own mind. ;)

Can you believe we're participating in this topic? :)

This is for those severe situations where an error has occurred and needs to be forced into correction/agreement. :)

That is *sure* to get you an rel="nofollow".
