Getting Video to play in flash ad

I have an advertiser who would like to use a flash file that
expands into a short video once the ad is clicked/hovered on. My Ad Server (OpenX) does support .swf files but I wasn't sure if I had to do anything else on my end to get the ad to expand and the video to play? Or will this be in the flash code that the advertiser provides me?

Thanks

Every effect wanted must be in the media file. All you would be doing is coding the page using the HTML media player code to play the media file. There are alternate ways to run media files. Some sites use JavaScript. Others use a more complex way to get media content to play so you can not download and save the file.
