| How to get good quality from FLA to AVI

I have a Flash Video - in swf and fla format. When I convert the FLA to AVI I get very poor quality, and I haven't found a good FREE swf->avi converter. Questions: 1 How to convert/export FLA so that I can get professional quality (non flash) video - preferrably avi.
2. Can you recommend a good FREE converter THANKS!

I think the quality will depend on the settings you choose. Off the top of my head I remember using swf>>avi and a flv to avi converter from a Polish company. Both are free, and did the job for me.
