Flash Help - Layer disappearing

Hi everyone,

I created a Flash banner for a website, and I thought everything was working correctly. The banner changes from photo A to photo B to photo C etc, and has the name of the business at the top with a dark blue background behind it that doesn't change like the photos do.

So, the banner works fine on my laptop (Windows XP) and fine on my dad's PC (Windows XP). However, it doesn't work properly on my grandparent's laptop (Windows XP). The photos change, but instead the top part with the business name disappears (it's there at first) and doesn't show up again! So the website is "nameless" you could say. The photos just keep going, and it shows the top parts of the photos you shouldn't normally see.

A couple of my dad's friends checked out the website (they both have Mac laptops) and it worked fine for one of them, but not for the other.

The name on the flash banner is it's own layer. So basically, one whole layer disappears.

Does anyone have any idea as to why this could be happening or have had this happen? I don't have much experience with Flash (just started this year), so I have no idea.

Thanks!

If this is not a self running program, the problem would either be inside of the browser, or with the flash player version they have. Ask your grandparents and your dad's friends what browser they use, and what version of the flash player they have. If your grandparents have an earlier version of the flash player, tell them to go to the following link to upgrade. [get.adobe.com...]
