How to prevent auto-play of my SWF?

I had a contract programmer create an animated flash movie (banner) for me. I have the FLA and the SWF.

The banner currently plays automatically, I'd like to make it so that there is a play button on the first screen and when the user clicks the play button only then the animation should commence.

Can anyone help? Thanks.
